About Diana Boynton

My name is Diana. I am a mother of 2 special needs children. My prince is 6 years old and was just diagnosed with Autism. My princess is 3 and we know she has at least Sensory Processing Disorder.

 

What made you get into your industry?

 

I lost my oldest when she was 4 1/2 months old. We didn't have life insurance on her. We had to ask friends and family to help cover her funeral expenses. Thankfully, with their help we were able to pay her funeral expenses, but her father had to return to work the following business day.

 

My oldest sister passed at the age of 38. She had life insurance and her family didn't have to ask for anyone to help pay for her funeral expenses. Her husband was able to take some time off to grieve and not have to worry about money.

 

I don't want families to have to go through what I went through for my daughter, so I educate families on the insurance coverage they have or need to protect their loved ones in the event they pass. If they have life insurance already, I let them know what their policy actually covers and if it is the right fit for them. If the families don't have a policy then I work with them to find a policy that fits their budget.

 

Where do you work from?

 

I work from home. All of our trainings and team meetings are on Zoom. We even meet with clients on Zoom unless they would like to meet in person.

 

Where are your kids while you work?

 

My children are with me majority of the time. I even homeschool them both during summer vacation. I also homeschool my youngest at home all of the time. They are able to join me on all of my trainings and team meetings. I try to give them an activity while on an appointment to keep them busy, but there are times that they are on there too.

What can we expect your posts to be about?

 

My post will mostly be about our day and what is going on with the children and us. There will be posts about Therapy, doctor appointments, evaluations, and crafts.
